
Asset Management.
An initial visit is made to assess the present maintenance situation. During this visit we would meet with a representative sample of management, supervisory and staff personnel.
Our objective is to gain an understanding of the:
Maintenance organisation structure and reporting
Relationships with other groups or departments
Planning and scheduling of maintenance work
Current maintenance strategy in place
Parts and materials supply
Performance measurements being made and statistics reported
Use of management information systems (CMMS / Excel, etc)
At the conclusion of the visit, we would discuss next steps in moving forward in a Maintenance Improvement Program. After the initial visit, we will prepare a written proposal which will discuss our findings and observations from the visit, outline our approach to assisting the client, benefits to be expected , timing and costs.
