Asset Management.

An initial visit is made to assess the present maintenance situation. During this visit we would meet with a representative sample of management, supervisory and staff personnel.

Our objective is to gain an understanding of the:

  • Maintenance organisation  structure and reporting

  • Relationships with other groups or departments

  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance work

  • Current maintenance strategy in place

  • Parts and materials supply

  • Performance measurements being made and statistics reported

  • Use of management information systems (CMMS / Excel, etc)

    At the conclusion of the visit, we would discuss next steps in moving forward in a Maintenance Improvement Program. After the initial visit, we will prepare a written proposal which will discuss our findings and observations from the visit, outline our approach to assisting the client, benefits to be expected , timing and costs.
